Here are the details for Legislative Day with my very special thanks to Ann Cheek for putting this together for us. First and foremost please keep in mind that Ann requests that you let us know by Jan 27^th if you and others from your club are coming. Included are the tentative agenda for the day and hotel arrangements, To get KFRW rate, reservation must be made by Feb. 1^st.  Please, I beg of you, if any of you face inclement weather that you will be exceptionally careful and not come if it is treacherous.

KFRW Legislative Day - 9 February 2012

• Rep. Jeff Hoover, House Republican Floor Leader, is hosting again this year.

• Day begins promptly at 9:00 am EST in House Chambers.

• Welcome to KFRW by House and Senate Leadership---group photo will be taken.

• Rep. Joe Fischer will speak about the redistricting process, an extremely hot topic in Frankfort now.

• Republican Women in the House and Senate will join us for a very informal Q & A.  - You bring your questions and they will try to provide the answers.

• A fairly large block of time has been reserved for you to have a meeting with your Legislator, have lunch, tour Capitol, whatever you wish. (If you would like to schedule a meeting with your Legislator, please do so after 12:00 noon and before 2:00 pm)

• At 2:00, you may view the proceeding of the House or Senate - your choice.

• PLEASE RSVP by Jan. 27 so that enough materials will be available for everyone attending.

• Room rates are as follows: $65.00 - 1 person / $72.00 - 2 to 5 people. Must ask for KFRW rate!

• Dinner is on your own.

Directions:  From Interstate 75 take Interstate 64 West to Exit 58 onto Route 60 west. Travel 1 block to Chenault Drive and to the BEST WESTERN Parkside Inn.
